Our lab is proud to have been awarded NABL Accreditation. NABL is a society which provides accreditation recognition of the technical competence of a testing or calibration medical laboratory for a specific task following ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO 15189:2012 Standards. It is associated with Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC), Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA), International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
We are proud to have been awarded FSSC 22000. GFSI family of Global Food Safety Initiative Standards addresses food safety management. The consequences of unsafe food can be serious and FSSC’s food safety management standards help organizations identify and control food safety hazards. As many of today’s food products repeatedly cross national boundaries, International Standards are needed to ensure the safety of the global food supply chain.
Our premix plant operates in accordance with GMP (GFSI) guidelines. GMP is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product.
Our manufacturing unit and products confirms to FSSAI standards. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India is a statutory body under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. It is the primary law for regulation of food products. This act also sets up the formulation and enforcement of food safety standards in India.
BIS Certification is a great milestone for us to offer quality products to our customers. The BIS product certification is based on ISO/IEC Guide 28 which provides general rules for third party certification system of determining conformity with product standards through initial testing and assessment of a factory quality management system and its acceptance followed by surveillance that takes into account the factory Quality management system and the testing of samples from the factory and the open market. All BIS certifications are carried out in accordance with Indian Standards, which are amenable to certification. A large number of operational elements of the BIS product certification scheme correspond with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065.
